Our Sunday meetings are the centre of our church life are our Sunday services, where we meet together to worship God, to strengthen believers, and to proclaim Jesus Christ to all.

Main service

Our main meeting as a church family is on Sunday mornings at 10:30am, and lasts about an hour.

We meet to worship God as we pray, sing, read from the Bible, and hear the good news about Jesus Christ explained and applied to our lives.

We'd love you to join us on a Sunday - whether you've been a Christian for years or you're just looking - there will be other people in the same situation. If you're not used to church don't worry! We try and avoid old-fashioned language, and to explain the reason for everything we do. There's no dress code - wear whatever you're most comfortable in. You can always watch on YouTube first to get an idea of what a service is like.

During the first part of this service the children stay in the main room, and there's usually a short talk that is relevant to them. Half-way through the service the children go out for 'Outback': age-appropriate Bible teaching and activities.

Meanwhile, the main part of the service is a talk explaining what the Bible passage tells us about Jesus, and what it means for our lives.

After the service refreshments are served in the rear hall, giving us plenty of time to stay around and chat.

Prayer service

On Sunday evenings we meet at 6:30pm for a service that's mainly focussed on prayer. During this service there will be a more devotional sermon (currently on the book of Revelation), a few songs, and about half an hour for prayer.

The Lord's Supper

We normally celebrate the Lord's Supper twice a month, once in the evening and once in the morning. This will follow on after the normal service, with a short break in between for those who'd like to leave. All who know and love the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour are invited to share the bread and the wine. If that's not you, you're warmly invited to stay and watch as we remember Jesus' death in our place.
